Great Views, Great Service and location!
It was a fabulous place. We were down for a golf tournament at Arundel Hills so nice and close. The facilities are great, the place is quiet and the staff are amazing and accommodating. We were in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was spacious and very clean.
Comfortable and exceptional would recommend to a friend or family.
Late check ins very convenient as we were travelling from NSW!
Excellent reception very polite, nothing to much trouble for them. Value for money and well situated. Spacious pool area and good sized apartments.

It had a lovely feeling over openness and peace and quiet. It had all the attributes of home (laundry facilities, full kitchen, pool etc). Great beds, balcony overlooking the pool, two bathrooms etc.

It was so family oriented – Nice warm pool, very well maintained poolside. It was very peaceful and easy reach for the theme parks!

Quiet complex on the river but only a short walk to the beautiful Broadwater. Great pool and nicely landscaped grounds, very tidy with multiple outdoor seating areas to choose from. Shops within walking distance.
We had a great stay at Pelican Cove. Location was exactly where we needed to be.
Location was fantastic. Short walk to supermarket etc. Great views of the canal. Only 10 minute drive to theme parks. Beach a short walk away. 5 minute drive to Harbour Town. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly! We will be back!
